Professional Equality Index

To concretely fight against pay gaps and promote genuine professional equality, the 2018 "Avenir Professionnel" (Professional Future) Act introduced a mandatory tool: the Gender Equality Index.

Thus, companies with 50 or more employees publish their Gender Equality Index each year, which makes it possible to objectively measure gender gaps in several key areas (pay gaps, raises, promotions, etc.)

Within the company Cotelac, the index for the year 2025 cannot be calculated, as the maximum number of points that can be obtained is less than 75 due to the under-representation of one gender.

The total points obtained for the calculable indicators is 60.

The maximum number of points that can be obtained for the calculable indicators is 60.

The results obtained for each indicator are as follows:

·         Pay gap: not calculable

·         Individual raise rate gap: 35/35 points

·         Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave: 15/15 points

·         Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest earners: 10/10 points
