You have a period of 14 days, after receipt of your order placed on the online shop, to return all or part of your purchases for an exchange or refund, if they do not suit you.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition (they must not have been worn or washed) and must include the labels. Return postage is free of charge, except in the case of commercial operations and outlets in mainland France. As part of a commercial or outlet operation, return costs of €8 will be automatically deducted from your refund.
For Europe and abroad, the return costs are at the customer's expense.
To request a return:
Directly via your customer account, in the ‘My Orders’ tab, click on your order number, then on the
item(s) you wish to exchange or receive a refund for.
You can also click here. In this case, please have your order number ready, as you will be asked to enter it.




As a reminder, if you choose to use our prepaid label, a fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund at the time of computer processing, if you have purchased items during a promotional or outlet period.
For an exchange, the return is handled using our returns label for mainland France.
The return parcel must be dropped off at a post office or relay point within 48 working hours of your return request. We advise you to keep the proof of parcel delivery, signed and dated by the post office or shop where you drop off your order.
As soon as we receive your parcel, and if it complies with our returns policy*, we will proceed with your refund within a maximum of 14 days.
Any request for a refund on a previously exchanged item will be reimbursed in the form of a voucher, in accordance with our returns policy.
