Eligibility requirements

• Offer valid for all customers
• An additional 15% discount applied to items in the 25H Collection
• Offer valid when you purchase 2 eligible items.
• The discount is automatically applied to the cart
• This offer can be combined with the discounts already displayed in the sales (crossed-out prices).
• This offer can be combined with discounts on shipping costs.

The 15% discount applies to the already discounted price of sale items.

Return and refund conditions

The refund terms depend on the number of items kept after return.

Full order return

If the entire order is returned:

• The refund will be made based on the amounts actually paid.
• After deduction of the return costs, which are fixed and non-refundable, amounting to €8.

Partial return of the order

If the initial order contained 2 eligible items and only one item is returned:

• Since the conditions of the offer were no longer met (minimum of 2 items),
  The 15% discount is cancelled.
• The refund is recalculated so that the item kept is charged at its price excluding the application of the promotional code, while taking into account any sale discounts (crossed-out price).
• The €8 return shipping fee is also deducted from the refund.

Consequently, the amount refunded may be less than the price initially paid for the returned item, in order to restore the actual price of the item retained.

Explanatory example

For an order of 2 discounted items benefiting from the -15% offer:

• In the case of returning only one item,
  The promotional discount is cancelled.
• The price of the item kept is recalculated based solely on its sale price.
• The refund corresponds to the difference, less the return shipping costs.

Additional information

• Return shipping costs are a flat rate (€8) and apply even in the case of partial returns
• Promotional offers are not retroactive.
• Any order returned partially or in full implies acceptance of these conditions

Eligibility requirements

• Offer reserved for new subscribers
• Valid exclusively on the online store
• 10% discount applied to the total order amount
• No minimum purchase amount
• One use per customer
• This code cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or current discounts.

The code must be entered at checkout to be processed.

Additional information

• Offer valid on all items available in the online store, unless otherwise stated.
• Orders that do not meet the eligibility requirements will not be eligible for the discount.
